Drivers should use caution and allow extra travel time
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for morning lane closures on southbound State Route 69 near Mayer Main Street while a pavement-repair project is underway.

Crews will work on the southbound right lane and then shift work to the left lane between milepost 269 and milepost 264 from 5 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Sept. 5.

The speed limit in the work zone will be reduced to 35 mph. Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
